Hi! I am Valerie Coble, I have been a  cosmetologist for nearly 30 years, I ran and advertised my business and salon, using my expertise and education in the industry to grow and promote myself.

However, life comes with changes and difficulties. After losing my husband, experiencing a big reduction to my business in 2020, and becoming a widow of two kids who has since moved on to live their own lives, I found myself wandering with no purpose.

But how we handle these difficulties, and how we let them define us is what shapes us, and I sought a new purpose in life and to carve a new path. I entered the world of wanting to create a safe space to share your experience with grief and coping though loss.
